HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — An early morning crash outside of Conway on Sunday sent one person to the hospital with injuries, authorities said.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were sent to the area of Highway 22 just east of Highway 701 in Conway just before 5:30 a.m. A person was reported to be trapped inside a vehicle.
Officials said traffic would be temporarily blocked as the scene is cleared.
No further information was immediately available.
