A man from South Carolina has been arrested and charged after reportedly threatening a Black woman with a hatchet and using racial slurs against her, according to authorities. Horry County police records, acquired by Atlanta Black Star, reveal that Kyle Lawson Lowder, a 23-year-old individual, was apprehended by authorities following their response to a 911 call regarding a disturbance at a residence in Myrtle Beach on August 1st.
