MURRELLS INLET, SC (WMBF) – A used car dealership owner is facing legal trouble after she allegedly failed to remit multiple vehicle titles and wrote fraudulent checks. 58-year-old Donna Ivey was arrested on Thursday and charged with seven counts of failure to remit vehicle titles and two felony counts of writing fraudulent checks over $5,000.
