GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The owner of a used car dealership is facing several charges, including check fraud, according to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office. Donna Kester Ivey, the owner of Auto Cars of Murrells Inlet, is charged with seven counts of failure to remit vehicle titles and two felony charges of writing fraudulent checks with a value over $5,000, sheriff’s office spokesperson Jason Lesley said.
