CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) – This month, the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office is celebrating 19 years of helping non-violent offenders beat drug addiction. The treatment court is a program where people who have been arrested on non-violent drug charges can avoid jail time by completing a stringent set of criteria designed to change their lives.
