HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – One person was taken to the hospital Saturday morning, following a wreck that caused a vehicle to overturn on Highway 501. Crews briefly blocked off southbound traffic near River Oaks Dr. just after 3 a.m., because the wreck left debris in the roadway, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
