CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) – The Waccamaw River is predicted to crest tomorrow at 14.8 feet which will put the river in a major flood stage. Though the Waccamaw will crest three feet lower than it did after Hurricane Mathew, locals and visitors are still facing the aftermath of Debby.
