RICHMOND, Va. (WMBF) – The CEO of a Loris-based veteran’s charity, whose mission was to help veterans in need, has reached a plea agreement in his federal fraud case. James Arehart of Myrtle Beach started the Providing Hope VA organization back in April 2018. Its mission was to help veterans facing financial troubles, homelessness, unemployment and those who need treatment.
