Horry County Interim Superintendent of Education Dr. Eddie Ingram views his job as being a bridge for the school district, and his final position on his path to retirement. “I’m trying to be the bridge, to fill the gap until the new superintendent can be named,” Ingram said, noting he hopes to “lower the anxiety” level that follows the departure of a long-term leader.
