PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – The Georgetown County Stormwater Department held a public meeting on Wednesday to discuss a proposed 49-unit townhouse community on Petigru Drive. The public meeting was held to inform residents about the project called Sweetgrass West in Pawleys Island, and how it could happen without affecting the watershed.
