MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – A man was arrested and faces several drug charges after police searched his car in Myrtle Beach on August 7. The Myrtle Beach Police Dept. met with Timmy Lee Swartz at the Wither Swash Park at 3rd Avenue and South Myrtle Street for a park ordinance. Swartz was parked in a handicapped spot and was walking around the park when it was closed, according to the incident report. Swartz was then arrested.
