HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – The man who was blamed for starting one of the most destructive wildfires in South Carolina history was arrested again this week. Horry County police took 54-year-old Marc Torchi into custody on Tuesday and charged him with failure to stop for a blue light and meth possession.
