MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A traffic stop in Horry County last week resulted in two men facing charges. Records show 24-year-old Deangelo Vereen-Price and 25-year-old Zuri Phifer were both arrested after an Aug. 30 stop on Causey Road in Conway. A police report obtained by WMBF News states police were trying to stop the driver, identified as Phifer, for a window tint violation.
