NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A years-long legal battle has ended between a beach gear rental company and the City of North Myrtle Beach. U.S. District Judge Joseph Dawson, III ruled this week that the city had not violated antitrust laws and dismissed the federal lawsuit filed by Cherry Grove Beach Gear owners, Derek and Jacqueline Calhoun.
