CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A person was taken to the hospital overnight after a fire heavily damaged a home near Conway .
It took about three hours for crews to bring the fire under control after Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched at 11:32 p.m. to the 3000 block of Stillpond Road.
One displaced resident was being offered assistance from the Red Cross, according to HCFR. The Conway Fire Department assisted at the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
