HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – An arrest was made in connection to a Loris-area shooting that happened Tuesday. Kenyarta Trayeli Smith is charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of firearms or ammunition by a person convicted of certain crimes, sale or delivery of a pistol, trafficking fentanyl and trafficking meth or cocaine base.
