LORIS, S.C. (WMBF) – Two siblings are hoping for a change in the Loris Fire Department. Wende Boyd and her brother, former Loris Mayor Todd Harrelson, saw their family home burn down last December. Boyd claims the Loris Fire Department didn’t come soon enough to put out the flames.
