HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A Myrtle Beach man is facing drug charges after leading police on a chase through an Horry County neighborhood this week. An incident report obtained by WMBF News shows 26-year-old Ali Khalil Spivey was arrested on Tuesday after he failed to stop for a police officer who was trying to conduct a traffic stop.
