MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A scary hit-and-run has left one Horry County woman without a car and looking for answers. Erika Parent and her two service dogs, Bella and Hoxie, were in her car on Tuesday night on the way to pick up medication for one of her dogs when she was hit by another car.
