MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A celebration of all things chili is getting fully underway Saturday after a weather delay. The fourth annual Beach ‘n Chili Fest is being held this weekend at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place in Myrtle Beach. The event was closed to the public Friday due to weather from Helene as the storm made its way across the Carolinas.
