Warmer today and Monday

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — It wasn’t nearly as cold this morning and the warming trend continues this afternoon. Sunny and clear with highs in the upper-70s and low-80s

Temperatures will be 4-6 degrees above average tonight, upper-50s to near 60 inland and mid-60s at the coast.

Columbus Day, Monday, will be the warmest day of the seven-day forecast with all cities peaking in the low-80s, but that dramatically changes on Tuesday.

Another cold front will move through the area dry, Monday afternoon. This will dip low temperatures into the low to mid-50s, and high temperatures on Tuesday more than 12-15 degrees. Mid-60s on Wednesday. Low temperatures will be chilly again in the low to mid-40s, a couple of upper-30s are not out of the question for Wednesday and Thursday night.
