MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – A Myrtle Beach woman was arrested on Friday for allegedly failing to file and pay state taxes. South Carolina Dept. of Revenue agents arrested Kathleen Annette Drake, 48, on four counts of failing to file a state Income Tax return, pay taxes, and keep records.
