SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Martha Bullard, 81, is holding onto what’s most important to her now that she’s back home recovering after being hit by a car last Wednesday. A police report says the crash happened along Highway 17 Business at the parking lot of the town’s post office.
