Flames from the Carolina Forest-area wildfire in South Carolina threatened homes on March 2. This footage shows the inferno bearing down on houses as emergency crews worked to control the blaze. According to an update from Horry County Fire Rescue, no structures had succumbed to the wildfire as of 7:30 p.m. ET and no injuries were reported. “Re-entry has been authorized for residents of all neighborhoods previously evacuated due to the Carolina Forest-area wildfire.
