RIDGELAND, S.C. — A South Carolina prison inmate has been charged with murder in the death of his cellmate.
The South Carolina Department of Corrections announced on Thursday that 31-year-old Javontay Savon Rogers had been charged in the murder of Patrick Chase Massey at Ridgeland Correctional Institution.
