The fast-casual chain, which once boasted up to 11 locations in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida, struggled through the pandemic, closing nine restaurants. Although it later reopened two, the company now faces significant financial strain. The bankruptcy petition lists assets up to $50,000 and liabilities between $1 million and $10 million. Despite these challenges, the South Carolina-based chain indicated that funds would be available for unsecured creditors, TheStreet.com reports.
