CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — Kashien Charles Willis, 17, was arrested in connection with a March 2 attempted armed robbery and murder on Lucas Bay Road.
Police reports say Willis attempted to rob someone around 10:45 p.m. while armed with a handgun.
