Longs man pleads guilty, sentenced in 2022 Horry County killing

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Longs man pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter on Wednesday and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in connection with the 2022 killing of a 51-year-old in Horry County.

Ny’Quan Zy’Quez Chestnut, 25, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter through a negotiated plea for a 25-year prison sentence, the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office said. His case was scheduled to go on trial in May.
