HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Sunday’s rain brings hope to residents as smoke continues to linger from the Covington Drive fire.
Maureen Marro who lives in Walkers Woods, a Carolina Forest neighborhood that is dealing with the fire’s impacts, said though the fire is 70% contained, she’s still on edge.
