CHAPIN, S.C. (WBTV) – A tornado touched down and crossed a South Carolina lake Sunday morning as a line of strong storms pushed through the southeast.
The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed that the twister touched down at 7:38 a.m., and stayed on the ground until 7:48 a.m.
