Little River man arrested after allegedly biting, stabbing woman with box cutter

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Little River man was arrested on Tuesday after getting into a physical altercation with a woman where he allegedly bit her and tried to cut and stab her with a box cutter, an incident report said.

Edwin Earl Gause, 42, was charged with first degree domestic violence and failure to stop for a blue light, with great bodily injury results. He is being held in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $42,000 bond.
