A new pizza restaurant is set to open in the former Uncle Mikey’s Pizza which closed at the beginning of this year.
And while the owner of the Murrells Inlet spot took the Uncle Mikey’s name with him when he retired, the new pizzeria apparently will still keep the “Mikey” moniker.
Mikey’s Pizzeria is set to open some time in the next month, according to Sammy Zalloum, who was recently cleaning and helping with renovations at the location at 4378 Highway 17 Business…
