HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested and charged with trafficking in Fentanyl, according to an incident report.
Quentin Raymar Price, 31, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with three counts of trafficking in Fentanyl in Horry County, according to booking records.
