MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The latest update from the US Drought Monitor continues to show expanding areas now seeing ‘Severe’ drought conditions across the Carolinas.

According to the latest report released today, “short-term dryness in the Carolinas led to the expansion of the moderate and severe drought areas”
