CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Myrtle Beach man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in connection with a 2023 drug trafficking case, the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office said.
Timothy Dewayne Pearl, 46, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a second offense of trafficking cocaine in more than 28 grams and a third offense of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Circuit Court Judge Keith Kelly sentenced Pearl, who is not eligible for parole and must serve at least 85% of his sentence, to 10 years in prison.
Pearl’s co-defendant, who was the original target of the investigation, pleaded guilty on March 7 and was sentenced to six years in prison, the solicitor’s office said.
