FIRST ALERT: Isolated storms to end the day followed by a cooler weekend

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A few isolated severe storms will work through during the rest of the day, we turn drier and cooler as we head into the weekend.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING has been issued for a portion of Horry County, heavy downpours, wind gusts up to 60 mph, and nickel sized hail seen withing this cluster of storms that is working off the North Carolina border.
