The new work week will start with quite a very warm afternoon, after a brief cool-down this weekend.
Monday begins with chilly conditions and clear skies, but a bit of patchy fog is possible. This is especially the case for the coast.
Skies remain sunny through Monday with temperatures heating up into the upper 70s to low 80s along the Grand Strand and the mid 80s across the Pee Dee and on the Border Belt. Conditions will be breezy throughout Monday with wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour possible, however, it’ll be a warm wind.
