GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Education Lottery said an Upstate woman took a chance and won the Magic 8 Ball scratch-off.
The Lottery said the Greenville woman almost passed out when her ticket revealed the game’s $30,000 top prize.
