Warrants: Woman charged in deadly Horry County crash had blood-alcohol level over twice the legal limit

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Documents obtained by WMBF News are shedding more light on a deadly DUI crash in Horry County.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed to WMBF News that Kayla Tisdale faces several charges linked to an April 4 wreck near Little River.

Troopers said a Cadillac SUV, driven by Tisdale, hit a moped driven by 62-year-old Steven Marshall while it was turning onto Sea Mountain Highway.

Marshall died after being taken to a hospital…
