SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – A Sumter man has been arrested in connection with the deaths of his wife and an 11-year-old child.
Reuben Arthur Leonard, 80, has been charged with two counts of murder, one in Sumter County and the other in the City of Sumter.
