HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – An Horry County woman is facing serious allegations after video showed her allegedly hitting a child and then assaulting another person last month.
The Horry County Police Department said 23-year-old Alyssia Berasi was arrested on April 3 in connection with the alleged abuse from Feb. 3.
Berasi is accused of hitting a child in the face, which the police report states was caught on video. The report shows that after allegedly hitting the child, she hit a man who was caring for the child.
