Popular Grand Strand biker bar sued after 2022 alcohol-related wreck

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WBTW) — A landmark Grand Strand bar is being sued for allegedly over-serving alcohol to a person who caused a multi-vehicle pileup in 2022.

On April 30, 2022, a vehicle was stopped at red light in the northbound land of Highway 17 when another motorist traveling at a high rate of speed struck it from behind, causing a pileup, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Horry County Common Pleas Court.
