HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WIS/WMBF) – Newly-obtained footage is bringing more attention to a controversial shooting investigation involving a well-known South Carolina restaurant owner.
WMBF News received body camera footage capturing now former Horry County Police Department Patrol Sergeant Paul “Damon” Vescovi flashing a written note, reading “Act like a victim. Camera” to two men, Weldon Boyd and Bradley Williams in September 2023.
