NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Residents of Harbourgate Marina witnessed an unprecedented scene Sunday night as a heavy police presence descended on the area in response to a mass shooting on a boat in Little River.
Darren Fields, a resident, said he saw at least 100 officers from multiple agencies at the marina.
