HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Myrtle Beach man has been arrested after he allegedly hit, punched and slapped his former roommate’s puppy on video in February, Horry County police records show.
Steven Tolisano, 24, was charged with ill treatment of animals, in general, torture. He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Monday, where he remains as of this writing on a $5,000 bond.
