Man jailed on attempted murder charge in Conway shooting

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 36-year-old man is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly shooting someone with a semi-automatic handgun during an argument, Conway police records show.

Ramon Luis Santos Rivera of Conway was also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Sunday morning, where he remains as of this writing without bond.
