High heels and hydration: Safety tips for CCMF 2025

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — As the Carolina County Music Fest (CCMF) 2025 kicks off on Thursday, officials are offering recommendations for attendees, including things like footwear and hydration.

ABC15’s Amanda Kinseth was in Myrtle Beach this morning and spoke with Dawn Bryant from Tidelands Health.

They will be on site at the festival providing medical attention to those who need it.

“Dehydration is the most common condition we see in the medical tent, so it’s really important to have that mindset as you’re coming out that I’m just going to be drinking water throughout the day,” Bryant said…
