Traffic stop leads to narcotics arrest of Myrtle Beach man

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A Myrtle Beach man was arrested on Friday after deputies stopped his vehicle on Highway 17 Bypass at Wachesaw Road, according to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO).

Chasen Davis was charged with possession with intent to distribute various narcotics.

Deputies said they smelled a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

During a search of the car, they located 2.75 pounds of Marijuana, 42 THC Vapes, 9.82 grams of cocaine, 1.02 grams of Ketamine, 19.44 grams of Psilocybin (Mushrooms), 13 Dosage Units of Hydrocodone, 11 Dosage Units of Oxycodone, 38 Dosage Units of Clonazepam, and $3,300 in cash…
