HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A woman pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in a crash that killed a 23-year-old near Aynor in 2023, the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office said.
Vianey Martinez, 45, of Galivants Ferry, pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony DUI resulting in death in the May 2023 crash that killed Samantha Peeler of Gaffney. Circuit Court Judge Maite Murphy sentenced Martinez to 20 years in prison.
