MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested on Monday for throwing kittens out of a car window, according to an arrest warrant obtained by ABC 15.
Matthew Blaine Swanson, 53, was charged with ill treatment of animals in general, torture, according to booking records.
